Throughout its construction, you'll find the same high-end specification as our flagship Luxury Garden Rooms, but the exterior is cladded with specialist composite cladding that removes some of the drawbacks associated with timber cladding, particularly degradation and maintenance. So much so that it's backed by a 25 year Guarantee.

This Garden room is fitted with Aluminium bi folding doors, Aluminium French doors and a single composite and timber door made by us.

Full Electrics package with all lights, sockets and fuse board. This model is fitted with underfloor electric heating as standard.

Insulated with Celotex PIR insualtion and finished inside with Timber matchboard cladding or plasterboard and skim.
